Yan, Zhenjun

Dr. Yan Zhenjun is the founder and Chairman of the World Intelligent Incubation Network (WIIN), established in 2018 with support from China’s Ministry of Science and Technology and Beijing Municipality. He also serves as a professor at the School of Economics and Management at Beijing Normal University. In addition to founding the Beijing Business Incubation Association, Dr. Yan acts as a special advisor for the China Association of Technology Entrepreneurship.

Dr. Yan’s extensive career includes roles as Vice Director of the Committee of Education, Science & Technology, Culture, Health, and Sports at the Beijing Municipal Congress, Division Chief of Soft Science at the Beijing Municipal Commission for Science and Technology, and Vice Director of Beijing High-Tech Entrepreneurship Center, the first technology incubator in Beijing. His academic background includes a Ph.D. and Master’s in Philosophy from Renmin University of China, a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Northeast Normal University, and a term as a visiting scholar at Babson College in the United States.

With a longstanding relationship with IASP, Dr. Yan played a key role in establishing the IASP China Office in 2000, serving as its inaugural Director.
