Bullrich, Luis

Luis Bullrich has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from the Universidad del Salvador and a Postgraduate degree in NGO Management from the Universidad de San Andrés.

Since 2021, he has been leading the Innovation Park. Between 2015 and 2021, he served as Chief of Staff at the Ministry of Education of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. He also has extensive experience in the third sector, having collaborated with local and international organizations such as United Way.

Throughout his career, both in the public and private sectors, he has promoted initiatives to foster innovation and public-private partnerships.
