Lourdes is director of business development and investment promotion in Malaga TechPark. She graduated in Law at Malaga University and holds a Master Degree in European and International Law from University College London.

She first joined the management of Malaga TechPark at the very beginning of the project, in 1994, as head of European & international programs.  In 1999 she was appointed as director of institutional relations to the president of the regional government of Andalusia.

In 2006 she was named CEO of the Regional Network of Science and Technology Parks (RETA), being responsible for the coordination of the 10 science and technology parks in the region of Andalucía.

In 2012, she returned to the Malaga TechPark management team, where she is now not only in charge of attracting new companies to the park, but also facilitating their growth and integration in the innovation ecosystem as well as the business development and promotion of the park.

She coordinates several clusters and working groups within Malaga TechPark,  including the working group “Talent” and leads the initiative “Malaga TechPark Execs Women Leadership.”
