Fischer-Bohn, Bessie

Bessie Fischer-Bohn works as Head of People and Culture at Adlershof Science and Technology Park, Germany. The main focus of her work is the talent attraction, talent development and the set up of programmes in the triangle of Universities, companies and individuals starting from childhood on. Bessie founded the “WISTA Academy” especially for the needs of the companies in Adlershof.

Before that Bessie worked as executive consultant and coach for big consultant companies with focus on HR and personal development. As a medical doctor specialized on psychotherapy plus a master´s degree in business she is able to initialize change processes on both sides: the individual side and the company/organisational side.
