Jansen, Paul

IADP, Netherlands

Paul Jansen is an associate director at Arup and the co-founder of the Dutch IADP. With over 23 years of experience in property advisory and urban economics, he has worked on real estate, district, and city developments in various countries around the world. These projects have been commissioned by a broad range of clients and partners, from public to private and all kinds of entities in between. His key focus is on modern work and learning environments, such as science and tech parks, university campuses, business parks, and innovation districts. In short, he designs “Organized Spaces of Innovation.” These spaces consider everything, from the real estate itself to the surrounding community and ecosystem, including their financial mechanisms, governance, and ownership structures, as well as their socio-economic impact.
