Ms. Qiu Lijing graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) with a Master’s degree in Management. She has over 20 years of experience in the service and management of high-tech innovation and entrepreneurship. Having worked in government departments for over a decade, she has served at the Beijing Administrative Commission of Zhongguancun Science Park and the Administrative Commission of the Zhongguancun Science City. She has a profound understanding of public policies related to China’s technological innovation, high-tech industry development, talent attraction, and investment promotion.

Additionally, she has rich overseas work experience and an international perspective,, having served as director of the Zhongguancun Liaison Office at Silicon Valley and worked at the London headquarters of the China-Britain Business Council. Currently, she is fully responsible for the management and operations of the ZGC Forum & Exhibition Co., Ltd., the official operating agency of ZGC Forum. ZGC Forum is a state-level platform for global sci-tech innovation exchanges and cooperation in China, held annually in April, attracting Chinese national leaders, foreign dignitaries, world-wide renowned scholars, high-tech enterprise executives, and investors to attend.
