Previously, he served as Deputy Party Secretary, Director, and General Manager of Zhongguancun Development Group.

Professor Xuan’s professional expertise lies in venture capital, start-up development, and the industrialisation of scientific and technological advancements. He has made significant contributions to building regional innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystems and has deep knowledge in developing strategic frameworks and governance models for innovative state-owned enterprises.
